ÌÇÐÄapp recently received an $11,000 Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) donation from Pagnotti Enterprises, Inc. to support the University's Momentum Program. Representing the company at the donation presentation was Mark DeStefano, CFO of Pagnotti Enterprises, Inc.
The contribution will help expand opportunities for high school students participating in Momentum, Marywood's dual enrollment program that allows qualified high school juniors and seniors to earn college credits while completing their high school graduation requirements.
Designed to give students a head start on their college education, Momentum offers a variety of college-level courses during the summer, fall, and spring semesters. Students enrolled in the program experience the same curriculum, instructional materials, and academic expectations as ÌÇÐÄapp students, providing a smooth transition to higher education while helping them build confidence and save on future college costs.
ÌÇÐÄapp is grateful to Pagnotti Enterprises, Inc. for its generous support of the Momentum Program and its commitment to expanding access to educational opportunities for local students. Partnerships like this help empower the next generation of learners by providing meaningful experiences that prepare them for future academic and professional success.
